Never try to terminate a contract!

Those guys from Germany’s biggest (and also my) telekom provider “Telekom” are funny.

As usual, first of all you have to pass the voice based routing system. But after I said “contract termination” the voice said “all slots are full, please call us later”. And this around ten times.

At the 11th attempt I said “upgrade” and got immediately a free slot. And an not really happy call center worker. No premium. ;)
